NOAA "No-go Zone" Economic Impact Analysis, September 2009

Below is a copy of the Economic Impact Analysis of the proposed NOAA "No-go Zone" on the west side of San Juan Island. A smaller version of this report was originally written in July of 2008 during initial discussions arranged by San Juan County Parks, San Juan County EDC, NOAA, and local kayak outfitters. The version below is an updated analysis from September, 2009 and covers broader areas of potential impact of the proposal.

2007 Business Climate Report

This is an update of the 1999 and 2000 Business Retention and Expansion surveys taken in 2006 under a joint contract with Island County.
